Most people wear just underwear. The less material, the better for this work. For women, a two-piece swimsuit or regular underwear works well. If you wear a bra, less material across the back is better. For men, just underwear works well. Please do not apply lotion or oil to your body before the session. Ja, dit werk helpt bij spanning, asymmetrie en veel soorten pijn. Bij acute of specifieke medische klachten (zoals infecties of breuken) verwijs ik je eerst door.
