Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using sevenlifeareas.com or any related subdomains, digital content, or services provided by Seven Life Areas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and all related services.

These Terms apply to all coaching sessions, courses, digital products, workshops, retreats, yoga and bodywork services, articles, videos, and any other materials offered under the Seven Life Areas name.

What we offer

1:1 coaching (sessions, the 7LA Journey and 7LA Series packages, and a free clarity call), the Map of Life and its paid Roadmap, Creator OS and other courses and digital programs, the 1-1-1 Wednesday newsletter, and articles, videos and other resources. Workshops, retreats or events, when we run them, have their own terms on their booking page.

All offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only and are not medical or psychological treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any service offered by Seven Life Areas.

These services are not suitable for individuals experiencing acute psychological or medical crises.

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Booking and payment

Coaching sessions are booked through Cal.com or another authorized platform. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved processors.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars. We also accept euros and British pounds. Prices include VAT where it applies. If your card uses another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee. Full payment is due when you book, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Crypto payments. Seven Life Areas may accept cryptocurrency payments on a case-by-case basis. All crypto transactions are made entirely at the client’s own risk. Seven Life Areas assumes no responsibility for failed, delayed, or lost transfers, exchange-rate fluctuations, wallet errors, or other technical issues. Clients are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from cryptocurrency payments. A payment is considered complete only once the funds have been fully received and verified.

Refunds and guarantees

How to ask for a refund. Email refunds@sevenlifeareas.com from the address you bought with. You’ll get an automatic reply right away. We usually reply and refund within 14 days. During the summer holidays it can take longer: we’re a small company, so thank you for your patience.

Courses, digital programs and the Roadmap. Creator OS and every other course or digital program come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The Map of Life Roadmap comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. A product page can state a different period, and then that one applies. To use a guarantee:

1. Email refunds@sevenlifeareas.com within the guarantee period, counted from your purchase date.

2. Delete everything you received: your copy of any Notion template and its duplicates, your Roadmap PDF, and every video, file or note you downloaded.

3. Send a short signed statement that you did, with your full name, the date and your signature. The automatic reply gives you the text. A photo of a signed page works, and so does a PDF you sign on your phone, tablet or computer.

Once we have your statement, we refund the full price. Each guarantee applies once per person for each product.

Clarity call. The clarity call is free, takes 30 minutes and comes with no obligation. It’s where we find out together whether coaching is the right fit for you.

First-session guarantee. If you book a session and aren’t satisfied, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to upfront payments as well. Tell your coach within the first 30 minutes of your first session. The guarantee is for your first session with Seven Life Areas when you book it directly. It doesn’t apply after a clarity call, because that call is where we check the fit together, free.

Canceling or moving a session. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, using the link in your booking email. A session you miss, or cancel or move later than that, isn’t refunded. If we need to cancel or move a session, you choose a new time or a refund for that session.

Packages. A package is personal: its sessions can’t be passed to someone else without our OK. Unused sessions are refunded at our discretion, apart from your legal right to cancel described below.

Supporting the work. A donation is a gift: you don’t receive a product or service for it, and it isn’t tax-deductible. If you gave by mistake or chose the wrong amount, email refunds@sevenlifeareas.com within 14 days and we’ll return it.

Your rights. If you live in the EU and buy as a private person, the law gives you rights these terms can’t take away, including 14 days to cancel most online purchases. To cancel, use the Cancel a purchase form on our contact page or email refunds@sevenlifeareas.com.

Confidentiality

All client communications and session content are treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm or court orders).

Written reflections may be provided after a session. We don’t keep session notes, and sessions aren’t recorded unless you ask. A recording is for your own use: please don’t share or publish it without our written OK. If you do, we may claim the damage it causes.

Intellectual property

All methods, frameworks, writings, logos, videos, and materials produced by Seven Life Areas are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use these materials solely for private use.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of any material is prohibited without prior written permission.

“Seven Life Areas” is our trade name.

Disclaimer

All coaching, workshops, yoga, and bodywork offered through Seven Life Areas are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or professional healthcare.

No guarantees of outcomes are made or implied.

Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and financial decisions.

Clients are advised to consult qualified medical or mental-health professionals for any health concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Life Areas, its owner(s), affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from use of its services or materials, including but not limited to:

• Physical, emotional, psychological, or financial harm

• Loss of data, income, or opportunity

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Clients agree to hold Seven Life Areas harmless for all actions or decisions taken in connection with the Services.

Total liability shall be limited to the lesser of (a) the amount paid for the specific service in question or (b) the total amount actually paid to Seven Life Areas within the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence, or where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Right to refuse or end service

Seven Life Areas reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any individual at any time.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to, inappropriate behavior, harassment, ethical violations, or safety concerns.

Refunds following termination are made only at the sole discretion of the coach.

Clients agree to respect the coach’s decisions regarding continuation or termination of services.

Workshops, retreats, yoga and bodywork

Participation in workshops, retreats, yoga, or bodywork is entirely voluntary and may involve physical activity or travel.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their health and safety before and during participation.

Seven Life Areas and associated organizers are not responsible for third-party vendors, venues, or transportation.

The organizer reserves the right to deny participation for health, safety, or conduct reasons.

In the event of event cancellations or schedule changes, refund or credit options will be handled according to the terms on the event’s booking page.

Data collection and privacy

Seven Life Areas collects limited personal information, including name, contact information, payment details, pre-session form answers, recordings you ask for, and email correspondence, solely for the purpose of providing services and maintaining records.

Data is never sold. It is shared only with the services that run the site, bookings and payments (listed in the Privacy Policy), or when the law requires it.

Seven Life Areas complies with applicable data-protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Third-party services

Seven Life Areas uses third-party platforms such as Cal.com, Stripe, Framer, analytics tools, email services, and video hosts.

Each operates under its own privacy and security policies.

We are not responsible for their actions, service outages, or data handling practices.

Law and disputes

These Terms fall under Dutch law. If we disagree about something, we’ll first try to solve it together by talking directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. What you bought stays under the terms that applied on the day you bought it. If a change affects a package you’re in the middle of, we’ll email you first.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Life Areas, its owner(s), affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their actions, misuse of materials, or violation of these Terms.

Force majeure

Seven Life Areas shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, internet or power outages, government actions, or travel disruptions.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Seven Life Areas and the client, superseding all prior communications and understandings.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses analytics tools to improve performance and user experience. Details on cookies and browser storage are in the Privacy Policy.

Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting contact@sevenlifeareas.com.
