1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sevenlifeareas.com or any related subdomains, digital content, or services provided by Seven Life Areas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and all related services.

These Terms apply to all coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, yoga and bodywork services, articles, videos, and any other materials offered under the Seven Life Areas name.

2. Description of Services

Seven Life Areas provides coaching, educational, and personal development services, including:

  • Individual and group coaching sessions (12-Series, 3-Session, and single sessions)

  • Workshops, retreats, yoga, and bodywork

  • Online articles, videos, and other educational resources

All offerings are for educational and personal development purposes only and are not intended as entertainment, medical, or psychological treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any service offered by Seven Life Areas.

These services are not suitable for individuals experiencing acute psychological or medical crises.

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

4. Booking & Payment

All coaching sessions and events are booked through Cal.com or another authorized platform. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved processors.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

First-Session Policy:

If a client explicitly communicates within the first 30 minutes of the first session that the coaching relationship is not a fit, a full refund may be granted. Simply ending the call or failing to communicate does not qualify for a refund.

Packages and Transfers:

Package sessions may only be transferred or refunded at the sole discretion of the coach.

Crypto Payments:

Seven Life Areas may accept cryptocurrency payments on a case-by-case basis. All crypto transactions are made entirely at the client’s own risk. Seven Life Areas assumes no responsibility for failed, delayed, or lost transfers, exchange-rate fluctuations, wallet errors, or other technical issues. Clients are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from cryptocurrency payments. A payment is considered complete only once the funds have been fully received and verified.

5. Refund Policy

Clients may receive a full refund only within the first 30 minutes of their first coaching session, provided they clearly express dissatisfaction.

After this time, all sales are final unless extraordinary circumstances arise, which will be determined solely at the discretion of Seven Life Areas.

If Seven Life Areas terminates the coaching relationship, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sevenlifeareas.com.

6. Confidentiality

All client communications and session content are treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm or court orders).

Sessions are not recorded by default. Written notes or reflections may be provided for integration and continuity.A recording may be made only upon client request and shared privately. All recordings are confidential and may not be reproduced, shared, or published in any form.

Unauthorized sharing or public use of session recordings constitutes a breach of confidentiality and incurs a contractual penalty of USD 10,000 per incident. Seven Life Areas may retain or delete session materials at its discretion for purposes of service quality, continuity, or legal protection.

7. Intellectual Property

All methods, frameworks, writings, logos, videos, and materials produced by Seven Life Areas are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use these materials solely for private use.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of any material is prohibited without prior written permission.

The “Seven Life Areas” name and logo are trademarks in use, with formal registration pending.

8. Disclaimer

All coaching, workshops, yoga, and bodywork offered through Seven Life Areas are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or professional healthcare.

No guarantees of outcomes are made or implied.

Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and financial decisions.

Clients are advised to consult qualified medical or mental-health professionals for any health concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Life Areas, its owner(s), affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from use of its services or materials, including but not limited to:

  • Physical, emotional, psychological, or financial harm

  • Loss of data, income, or opportunity

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Clients agree to hold Seven Life Areas harmless for all actions or decisions taken in connection with the Services.

Total liability shall be limited to the lesser of (a) the amount paid for the specific service in question or (b) the total amount actually paid to Seven Life Areas within the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Seven Life Areas reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any individual at any time.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to, inappropriate behavior, harassment, ethical violations, or safety concerns.

Refunds following termination are made only at the sole discretion of the coach.

Clients agree to respect the coach’s decisions regarding continuation or termination of services.

11. Workshops, Retreats, Yoga & Bodywork

Participation in workshops, retreats, yoga, or bodywork is entirely voluntary and may involve physical activity or travel.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their health and safety before and during participation.

Seven Life Areas and associated organizers are not responsible for third-party vendors, venues, or transportation.

The organizer reserves the right to deny participation for health, safety, or conduct reasons.

In the event of event cancellations or schedule changes, refund or credit options will be handled according to posted terms.

12. Data Collection & Privacy

Seven Life Areas collects limited personal information, including name, contact information, payment details, session notes, recordings, and email correspondence, solely for the purpose of providing services and maintaining records.

All data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Seven Life Areas complies with applicable data-protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Third-Party Services

Seven Life Areas uses third-party platforms such as Cal.com, Stripe, Framer, analytics tools, email services, and video hosts.

Each operates under its own privacy and security policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Force Majeure

Seven Life Areas shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, internet or power outages, government actions, or travel disruptions.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Seven Life Areas and the client, superseding all prior communications and understandings.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication before initiating formal legal proceedings.

All disputes shall remain under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

21. Cookies & Analytics

The website uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance performance and user experience.

22. Marketing Communications Opt-Out
